Executive Director Job Description

South King Tool Library

The South King Tool Library (SKTL) is working to establish a unique community resource. Our goal is to provide equal access to tools and training in order to help maintain neighborhoods, foster community networks and reduce unnecessary consumption in our service areas of South King and North Pierce Counties.

A tool library operates much like a traditional library, allowing borrowers to check out tools and equipment to care for their homes, yards, gardens and more.

We provide instruction on proper tool use, host repair cafes to help you fix things and work together to build better lives in South King County.
