Remakery, a creative reuse nonprofit in Tacoma, is partnering with South King Tool Library for a special collection event! Bring your clean yard waste and empty #2 and #5 plastics (like buckets, tubs, and jugs) for responsible recycling and creative reuse.

About the event

A community event for responsible disposal and recycling:

  • Yard Waste: Accepting clean leaves, shrubs, and woody branches (no pressure-treated, painted, or metal-containing wood).

    • 12" maximum for rounds

    • No pickup available

    • Drop off of yard waste available ONLY during tool library open hours. 

    • May 14 - May 24 Mon & Sat 10am-2pm, Wed 4-6pm
